Primary focus: sales of our various products and services to our existing customer base, newly acquired customers, and leads that come through referrals and our website Secondary focus: execute marketing and sales efforts to increase leads, and new business opportunities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Translate technical information from our development teams to prospects in understandable terms

Enter notes and data from meetings into our CRM in an organized manner

  • Track tasks, notes, emails, documents, calls, etc.

Communicate client desires to Project Managers and Development team members to ensure we offer clear terms and scope in the proposals you draft and present to the client

  • Always selling everything a prospect needs and never selling something they don’t need and having the wisdom and integrity to know the difference

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications:

2 years of experience selling tech/digital products and services preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, ability to pick up on subtle value drivers in conversations with prospective customers and use that information to add value in the sales process

Familiarity with Google Apps for Business, Slack, and FreshSales preferred


Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday

40 hours per week

Reporting structure: We have a relatively flat reporting structure.  This position reports directly to the partner in charge of Business Development.  There is a cooperative reporting structure on projects where there is a duty to communicate with PM’s on discovery and process questions, finance for billing questions and process, and a partner for training, support, and term negotiations/approval

Vacation/Sick: 

You will accrue 2 hours per pay period for vacation

You will accrue 2 hours per pay period for sick leave

Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Early release (at the discretion of partners)
